KitchenAid KSM150PSAC Artisan Series 5-Quart MixerKitchenAid KSM150PSAC Artisan Series 5-Quart Mixer
Retro styled and easy to use, the KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer is the perfect kitchen companion. Employing a unique tilting head to facilitate bowl and content removal, this mixer is undeniably handy. Hassle-free total replacement warranty and one-year full warranty. Model KSM150PS.

The Beast is Back
This is without a doubt the best stand mixer made today, I replaced my old one not because it stopped working but because my ex-wife snuck my old one out of the house before the divorce and while I didn’t miss her at all I missed the mixer the time it saves is incredible I can make mashed potatoes while doing other things gravies, veggies etc and not have to stand there holding a set of flimsy beaters while other thing boil over.

And it’s red my favorite color and as a guy I can appreciate the construction of this appliance it’s built to last the moment you pick one up you’ll feel the quality in it.

I know the price can be a little steep but if you play the waiting game and watch the price you’ll notice that the price goes up and down, why I don’t know. But a word of advice when it gets down to $199.99 thats the lowest I’ve seen also thers a difference in price depending on color, why I don’t know, but hit it at a $199.99.
Bottom line this an appliance that you’ll hand down to your kids someday and that’s not something I could say about anyother product sold today this thing is built like a tank.
So in closing pick your color wait for your price and enjoy.

So happy to own this mixer!
I absolutely love my KitchenAid! After 20+ years of wanting a stand mixer (and going through enough cheap ones to pay for it, I might add), and then agonizing which standing-mixer to get, I finally went with this one based on the reviews and am so glad that I did.

I’ve always believed in mixing dry ingredients in by hand to avoid flat, runny cookies, biscuits and cakes, but with the “stir” setting on this, I don’t need to anymore. It even mixes chocolate chips in with ease.

Creams whip faster, dry ingredients mix evenly distributed, it’s easy to use and clean, and looks handsome standing on my counter. The engine size is more than adequate for our family of nine and the amount of work we demand of it. The only thing that would make me even happier is if it included different sized bowls.

Works for me
The main thing about this mixer, which is recognized as “the best” is that by getting it on Amazon I did not have to schlep it through the mall. And the results are fabulous. Cookies, cakes, etc…flow in a never ending supply from my daughter’s kitchen.

Sorry I cannot give a detailed rundown on features but if it is made as well as the wife’s identical mixer, it is all you can ask for in a mixer. And sturdy.

Factory-Reconditioned KitchenAid RRK150CV Artisan Series 5-Quart MixerFactory-Reconditioned KitchenAid RRK150CV Artisan Series 5-Quart Mixer
Great Products and Easy return
I recently bought 3 refurbished KitchenAid 5 Quart mixers for 139.00 each for presents for Christmas. I decided to take them out and look at them and test them each before I wrapped them. Well they all looked brand new except for one that had a little scratch. When I ran them, one sounded a little funny as compared to my KitchenAid that I bought new for $300.00. So I called the number on the box and spoke to a Kitchenaid rep. it was so easy and within a week they sent me a new one and I had to pay nothing. This was the best buy ever. I would highly recomend bying one of these. My only regret is not buying my mixer from here, I could have saved $161.00.

KitchenAid K45SS ClassicKitchenAid K45SS Classic 250-Watt 4-1/2-Quart Stand Mixer, White
10 Speed, 250W, Classic Stand Mixer, White With Silver Trim Brand, 4-1/2 QT, Stainless Steel Bowl, Includes Dough Hook, Flat Beater, Wire Whip, M.A.P. Price $199.99.

Features

  • 250-watt, 10-speed mixer with tilt-up head
  • 4-1/2-quart bowl holds dough for 2 loaves of bread
  • Three handy accessories: flat beater, wire whip, and dough hook
  • Includes a guide with instructions, mixing tips, and 67 recipes
  • Measures 13-8/9 by 8-2/3 by 14 inches; 1-year warranty

KitchenAid’s stand mixer is a substantial piece of equipment: 250 watts of mixing power make child’s play of creaming butter, kneading dough, and whipping cream. The kid in you will appreciate how quick and easy it is to mix up a batch of cookie dough; the 4-1/2-quart bowl can hold up to 8 cups of flour, which translates into as many as 192 sweet treats.

This model comes with three attachments: a flat beater for making batter, meat loaf, and all textures in-between; a wire whip for egg whites, mayonnaise, and more air-infused creations; and a hook for mixing and kneading yeast doughs. All three are solid in construction and easily secured to the beater shaft with a simple twist; untwisting them is a bit trickier because the attachment stems are short and can be hard to grasp, especially if they get the least bit greasy. The bowl itself locks tight to the base.

Standing 14 inches high, jutting out a foot, and weighing more than a grown woman’s bowling ball, this stand mixer isn’t the sort of appliance you’ll wipe down and put away. Better to find a square foot of free counter space for easy access; besides, this machine is as pretty as it is rugged–you’ll want to show it off.

To complete the package, KitchenAid includes a spiral-bound guide with instructions, mixing tips, and 67 recipes, from crispy waffles to a caramel walnut banana torte. –Betsy Danheim
